The Ham.Live Net Logging software was taken offline at the end of June 2026. However, a couple of weeks prior to that, the developer kindly made his software Open Source using the MIT license.
As a result the Colorado Digital Group installed an instance of the net logging software and have made it available for use. They also started making improvements which has been great.
The RadioSC-based nets used this new software for a few weeks with good results. Netcontrol.live is a good system and many are using it and I’ll continue to use it for the nets I like to attend.
Recently, a local ham, Glenn, W2ADX, created the CQ-QSO logging software also based upon ham.live. This new software has some infrastructure benefits and statistical reporting that we see as important for our needs and since the developer is local we expect that additional features will be more straightforward to implement. Therefore, beginning on August 6th, 2026 we will move over to the CQ-QSO logging software. Please join us there for all our future nets.
